Michael has been married to Amy for over 28 years. They have 4 sons: AJ (married to Morgan), Caleb (married to Lynnzie), Jobe, and Sam. They have one grandson, Ezra (son of Lynnzie & Caleb).

Michael's niche is inter-personal relationships, leadership training, and business coaching. He has over 30 years experience in training, leadership, sales, and entrepreneurship. Michael is the Co-Founder of Grow Well and is a staple in his community as a business owner, networker, and encourager. 

Michael holds the following certifications through the John C. Maxwell Leadership program: Maxwell Certified Speaker, Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer & Consultant, and Maxwell Certified Personal & Executive Coach.

  Amy Floyd is a seasoned entrepreneur and community advocate whose passion lies in helping people flourish and strengthening communities. With a Sociology and counseling educational background, Amy combines insight into human behavior with a heart for transformation, bridging the gap between life skills, workforce development, and personal growth. 

As the owner of two thriving businesses in the River Region, Amy has built her influence by aligning her work with both her gifts and her values. 

Through Grow Well, Amy is deeply invested in creating opportunities for individuals and families to build purpose, confidence, and sustainability. She is passionate about strengthening environments where people can develop practical skills while rediscovering beauty and purpose in their lives.

 She and her husband, Michael, have been married for over 28 years and are the proud parents of four sons—and new grandparents—rooted in family, faith, and purpose.

 Amber is the founder of IMPACT Professionals, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create measurable impact through data-driven planning & decisions, program & process evaluations, strategic planning and grant development. Amber embodies years of experience in higher education and public policy. She has led large-scale evaluations for the State of Alabama and played a key role in positioning the state as a national leader in evidence-based policymaking.

Known for her ability to turn complex challenges into actionable strategies, Amber specializes in helping organizations build capacity, secure funding, and implement strategies that align with both mission and impact.

When she’s not guiding organizations toward clarity and growth, Amber enjoys time on the lake with her husband, Kenny, and their six children, living life to the fullest. 

At Grow Well, Joshua Jones leads our Sales Management and Training division with over 15 years of proven success across multiple industries. A multimillion-dollar producer and seasoned leader, Joshua’s sales journey began door-to-door and evolved through retail, phone, and high-ticket sales — giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to connect, close, and create lasting results.

For the past three years, Joshua has also been running his own successful business, further honing his skills in leadership, systems building, and mentoring sales teams to achieve extraordinary results. Rooted in his philosophy of servant leadership, he has trained professionals who have gone on to generate millions in business. He believes that great salespeople are developed through mentorship, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping them become the best version of themselves.

Outside of work, Joshua is a devoted husband to Celina Jones and proud father of five — Nathan, Shanya, Camille, Joshua Jr., and Elijah — values that inspire his dedication to growth, both personally and professionally.
